Ordering and delivery times

At Perfection Elements we do our utmost to deliver your order as quickly as possible. Orders are delivered by PostNL from Monday to Saturday. Different delivery times may apply during public holidays or when PostNL is busy. Our goal is to ship an order before 12:00 the same day.

An order placed on Saturday or Sunday will be shipped on Monday.
On public holidays when we are closed, your order will be shipped the next working day.

Delivery time NL: 1 to 2 working days

Delivery time EU: 3 to 7 working days

Delivery time outside EU: 7 to 21 working days

We ship orders via PostNL parcel shipping for a fixed rate of € 6.95 (within NL). Previously, we used letterbox packages for small items. Since these often went missing and were not insured, we stopped doing this. The shipping price for other countries is calculated based on your location at check out.

Free shipping applies to orders over €75.

At we like to give advice to our customers and try to do this as best as possible. Because every skin is different, we cannot guarantee 100% that the products will work optimally for you. We do our utmost to provide appropriate advice, but we cannot guarantee the effectiveness of the products.
